The DOJ(s)' Narrative/Timeline is flawed and demonstrably incorrect in many key areas. We dissect and analyze the Unsealed Federal Complaint's Timeline up to the time of the murder in this Part 1.
I’ve been desperately waiting for a part 2. Any clues to when you will drop it? 🙏 thank you so much for all the detailed thorough work you did. This was def a popcorn night reading event. I read it over and over and over and everytime I learned something new.
Many thanks for such great work, Brian! Looking forward to Part 2.
One question: are we absolutely sure that the two hostel pics that were shared to the press on the morning of Dec 5th were taken the same day? The light is quite different (I admit this could be due to the computer screen's color temperature settings from which these screenshots come from). Also, to my eye, the person's face looks different too.
Excellent analysis. Agree with basically everything. Just one edit needs to be made (I think).
You wrote:

I believe the shooter was walking EAST on 54th (on the north side of 54th, btw) because the video shows his phone in right hand, left shoulder next to the parking lot. What's interesting is the shooter had just passed the Marriott where Brian Thompson was staying, prior to being pictured talking on the phone.
Good work sifting all these details. Something smells like a setup and Luigi is the patsy. His demeanor during bust and transfer looked staged as well. Rumor has it that Thompson insider trading bust would expose pelosi and he was due to testify in some manor within days. Perhaps a hit job? Patsy knows he’ll get freed?
Thank you for this excellent analysis of the case. I have a question that I hope you will address in Part 2. When Mangione was arrested he had a hardcopy of “his manifesto” in his possession. Was the manifesto also found in his laptop?
Most Gen-X that I know prefer to electronically record their work, however the media has reported the manifesto was handwritten. That raises a flag for me. Why carry a hardcopy if it is on the laptop?
G’Day Brian. I am from Australia, and have followed the covid “Plandemic” full time from the beginning. I chose not to be vaxxed and have followed Dr Robert Malone, Dr Peter McCullough, Dr Mike Yeadon, Dr N Wolf and may others. I have specific views on the current (and future) trajectory of all this, and am wrapped that you have involved yourself in it (hopefully a great deal more), because there is PLENTY to “identify”, and PLENTY to “Investigate”. I hope YOU are part of that. I am the Founder of several organisations that you may have some interest in. Https://theWILLofAustralians.com.auhttps://theWILLofAmericans.com and The WILL of the British dot co dot uk.
I have something, to do with corruption, I would very much like to exchange with you, but NOT in a public forum such as this. If you have any interest in “mutually beneficial” dialogue, admin@theWILLofAustralians.com.au
Either way, I will follow you with great interest. Stay safe, stay well.
This is a great write up. You've pointed out some things that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else. I'm looking forward to Part 2.
The lack of footage of the shooter in the hostel on the day of the shooting is interesting to me. Would this be grounds for reasonable doubt? I think many would think circumstantial evidence would be sufficient.
Also, the left is masterful at changing the narrative and projection. They are the biggest beneficiary of the big health insurance companies and big pharma. But suddenly they are good with the fake activists who call a murderer a hero and a real man.
Well we don’t know that Luigi Mangione murdered anyone, hence my investigation. But that aside, at the United Healthcare level we are beyond politics and partisanship…the Left AND the Right are muddying these waters. And UnitedHC pays into as many Left campaigns as they do Right campaigns. This, for me, is more about holding Alvin Bragg’s and the other Plaintiff’s to task because if this guy gets convicted on such a sloppy and flimsy case, we all should fear that precedent. Btw, most of those activists were spun up by People’s Action, a partially George Soros funded .org that is pushing for socialized healthcare. This case will continue to mushroom, so I am glad you are along for the ride!
What’s interesting, Jane, is that a large number of those adoring fans actually believe him to be innocent. My daughter lives in NYC and really has her finger on the pulse of gen-z’ers and millennials. According to her and a lot of her friends (including the thousands online) from the get-go they were saying “that totally looks like two different people!” Now that doesn’t affect my objectivity, but really is interesting that the masses are at odds with both the Left and Eight media on this case. I’m keeping an eye on that part too as it really is an interesting study to watch more and more media (left and right) falling on deaf ears among the younger gens. And not just with this case!
I too suspect something is off just by two things: the pictures of both Mangione at the hostel and the suspect in the other photo. They do not look like the same people and how could the hostel clerk person ID this guy from THAT photo. BS. It's BS. They are covering for someone. the question is, why shoot this CEO and what is the motive? A little victimology is needed. Was this CEO guy going to expose some pedos? BC the motive to shoot him based upon the narrative being proposed (greedy heath care companies) doesn't fly with me. What is Mangione saying? BC if he was Mk ultra'd he may likely admit to the crime. What's his background? (it reminds me of the Trump attempted assassin on the roof, he got shot, then his body was immediately incinerated. Great job FBI) The other weird thing is the amount of people waiting for him to be arrested and the crowds with the ground swell of interest. I am ALWAYS suspect of that kind of stuff. Media hype influences all of this, so when that happens, it's a big red flag. People cheering this on like murder is a good thing. They are creating a narrative around this that is false. So either the CEO had something on someone and was killed, or something similar.
I’ll probably have to address this comment with a whole article as you touched on many issues I’m drilling into. I’ll def reply with more detail prior to posting the article so will give you a heads up 👍🏻
I went down a worm hole today and find it may be related to the lawsuit of insider trading....exposing some well-known people perhaps? There is an X post by Wall Street Apes that has a video of a Brian Thompson on Linkedin (a financier investor type) that is NOT the same Brain Thompson. This other Thompson was shown in the video talking about Nancy Pelosi.....so the waters are getting muddier by the minute.
The CEO Thompson who was murdered may have been going for immunity to reveal the bigger players. lets face it, we have a very corrupt country and if we follow this trail down far enough, Im am SURE we will find the perpetrators trying to kill him to shut him up. All I do know is that the guy they say did it, didn't do it. What do we know about Mangione anyway?? Came from a rich family. Hmmmm. I look forward to what you find.
I just want to say thank. you. so. much. for this analysis and your commitment to following this case.
I've seen so many inconsistencies and problems and I've been struggling to lay them out properly and clearly in my head. Also, seeing nearly every news outlet (Mainstream, and the majority of independent media as well) just assume Luigi Mangione is the killer without taking even a second to look at the plethora of things that don't add up has been very distressing. Not to mention the vitriol and blanket condemnation by the right at large. It truly makes me sick....
It was like a breath of fresh air to read your apology and this breakdown of the evidence we have so far. I'm looking forward to part 2. Keep up the good work, and thank you again!!
And thank you for noticing too! I really appreciate this feedback as it is a lonely public hill I seem to be standing on as I am shouting “Presumption of Innocence!” Thank you so much, and please keep interacting and sharing any info you might happen upon. If this guy gets convicted on this case as it is, we all have something to fear. More to follow and thank you! You are right about tight timeline of suspect arriving from hostel to Hilton
However, another observation is that they say he left hostel at 5:35 am BUT it doesnt mean he started biking immediately. They say in complaint he was seen around Central Park West and Columbus on foot.
Since it is couple blocks away from hostel we can take away another 2 mins or so from that 6 min window they are providing.
It leaves even less time to appear near Hilton unless he teleported
It would, but the on foot Columbus sightings reportedly occurred after the shooting. But even with a ten minute or 2 hour window it’s still almost impossible to get on target without surveillance support or access to BT’s cell phone to track him in near real time. I’m glad you picked up on this too! I’ve done hundreds of hours of surveillance in NYC and over the country as a former PI. I just can’t see anyone being that precise with their timing unless the have personnel or technical surveillance support:
This is excellent! A wonderful dissipation of b.s. smell. What stood put to me -- you've not gotten there yet -- the Defense attorney while rightfully exhibiting all the Mayoral NYPD political theater-- then goes on to talk of ab insanity plea? Bcz well, this evidence --so called-- is so damning? Hopefully that's just more theatre.
Yeah that’s weird as they already entered not guilty pleas. Can you send me a link to where his lawyer was talking about insanity pleas? I saw an interview she did prior to becoming his lawyer, but she would have had no access to any case file at that time. It’s amazing how much info you get when you are on a defense of prosecution team. My favorite Intel when I’ve been on defense teams is all of the affidavits. That’s where timelines and narratives really fall apart. I would love to work on this case officially…but then I couldn’t report on it publicly, so it’s bitter sweet!
Hmmm I think he knew once he was seeing his face all over the tv. I think CBS is embellishing…he was in a corner facing two armed cops so he really had to comply…but that’s not the same as cooperating. He really didn’t say much except to give his real name and say (I response to initially giving the Altoona cops his fake name (“I guess I shouldn’t have done that”)…and as I see it, they sent him up to the correctional center to tenderize him or get a cellmate confession and then brought him back to the county pd for the arraignment. It was only after his outburst outside of the county building that he finally got legal counsel, 6 hours after his arrest!
Btw, thanks for the positive feedback and compliment. My next report will be focused on the press conferences and the initial 911 call. There’s a lot there!
Take care and thanks for subscribing and following. Pls follow my Rumble as I go over my results on live streams. I posted the initial videos and my audience and I were off on a few things, but have been mostly on target then and since.

This was inferred from the press pictures/videos of his first appearance in front of the holding cell (dark blue Columbus shirt and Jeans). Is is normal for such large gap in hours between the arrest and the arrival at police station? Again, I am not sure about the structures within the PD or if I am missing information on where they brought him after the initial encounter, but what could explain this gap in timeline?
Others also pointed out how his beanie, jacket, SHOES, bags, and essentially everything else captured in the bodycam screenshot of the initial encounter at MacDonalds were taken away from him. Is that also customary? Would love your input on these two points, if they are important, in your next part of this case.

Hi Brian!
