OPINION: A Response to New Mexican Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham's and her 30 Day Ban on Conceal & Carry is Being Pushed Under the Mask of "Public Health." (UPDATED 9/11/23)

“Public Health” is the banner Marxists now fly & it’s their new war cry. And their war is against civil liberties, against the Constitution, against the rights & freedoms of all Americans…against us.

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham says she is suspending open and concealed carry laws in Albuquerque and throughout Bernalillo County for the next 30 days, temporarily prohibiting the carrying of guns on public property. The governor made the announcement during a news conference Friday afternoon. This is in response to an 11-year old getting shot & killed in a random shooting from another vehicle as the family left an Isotopes game Wednesday night on September 8, 2023. Tragic, yes. (may God watch over his soul and his surviving family). But this tragedy is the fault of two parties: the shooters and the Governors and Mayors who have failed to enforce the existing criminal laws in their jurisdiction, by design or by incompetence. So are the failings of Democrat (and many Republican) elected officials’ failures to do their tax-payer funded jobs a justifications to strip us of our rights? Are you willing to let them? I am not. No. Absolutely not….no matter what.

This particular Governor said the quiet part out loud: we want the power, we want you to have none of it…period/full stop. She also revealed what her tribe thinks of the Constitution: an annoyance that is in their way of taking absolute control over your lives and she is masking it under the guise of Public Health.

Now they are trying to roll “gun violence” under the banner of Public Health. Listen to what this Governor said at the question and answer segment of her recent press conference during which she declared a “public health emergency” to reduce “gun violence”:

Let’s be honest: this has nothing to do with "keeping people safe" and everything to do with another Democratic Politician (and several Republicans) attempting to maximize their power in order to stay in power. This time it's New Mexico's Democrat Governor Grisham. But don't take my word for it, listen to her own words:

Reporter: "You took an oath to the Constitution! Isn't it unconstitutional to say 'you cannot exercise your carry license-".

Gov Grisham (cutting him off & boldly (& ignorantly) declaring

"With one exception...& that is: if there is an 'emergency', & I've declared an 'emergency' (for a temporary amount of time), I can invoke additional powers. No Constitutional right, in my view (including my oath), is intended to absolute."

Governor Grisham goes on to nonchalantly say:

"There are restrictions on free speech, there are restrictions on 'my freedoms'...."

So think about this: how many legal/lawful gun owners, law-abiding gun shop owners, &/or those with a legally obtained/issued conceal & carry permit can they round up & arrest in 30 days? How long will it take those arrested under this purge (of mainly conservative voters) to get a trial date? (Somehow I suspect it will be at least 13 months….just long enough to keen them from voting in the 2024 elections).

Again, this is not an experiment, it’s a plan. It’s a plan that is clearly laid out in any literature one can read about ideologies driving the direction of the Global Public Health industry, in particular “One Health.”

What is One Health? One Health is the framework and an approach to public health underlying many of our local, state and federal Public Health initiatives. (Actually, you’d be hard pressed not to find a “One Health” listing, office, or even position from the county public health level all the way up to the federal level, across various industries, and even across the U.S. network of colleges and universities…essentially at most public health facing departments). Under the One Health framework, “Public Health Initiatives,” and “Public Health ‘Emergency’” really mean “Public Health Coup”, i.e: they control…everything.

By “everything” I mean how you raise and grow food; how you interact with others and how you move about in your community; how you exercise your constitutional rights, how you build your homes; how you heat your homes or cook your food; what type of car you drive and how far you drive it; how you medicate and house your pets; if you can exercise your right to free speech; what you eat and how much of it you eat; and even how you view racial equity (and you’d better speak favorably about “Racial Equity”, because within the framework of One Health-driven Public Health architectures, surveillance is a central component. Further, “Public Health,” under these strange and almost Maoist approaches to “Public Health” (i.e.; a collectivist-styled approaches to achieve dictatorial-style population management but supposedly with “equitable” outcomes), everything you do will be monitored, managed and controlled. This is especially true regarding your routines, habits, and activities that the government typically has no control over. To make my point about Public Health being used as a way to control our lives in every respect, let me highlight an example: where you spend your money and why these same people are pushing digital currencies or Central Bank Digital Currencies (“CBDCs”).

CBDCs are digital currencies that are currently replacing physical cash and are issued and controlled by a central bank, or as is the case with China, a central, Government bank. CBDCs can be tracked, traced, issued, and even erased by that Central Bank. (To me, this sounds like an extraordinary amount of control that a government can have over its population).

The intersection of Public Health/Public Health Emergencies/“Pandemic Preparedness” and CBDCs occurs when the international Public Health community calls for more and enhanced “disease surveillance” to prevent outbreaks and “spillover”. Traditional disease surveillance has been limited to relatively passive measures like patient intake screening forms where patients can provide answers or choose not to. Disease surveillance may also involved obtaining blood samples with a patient’s permission to compare it to infected blood samples. It sometimes includes testing water, livestock waste, and the air to determine if pathogens are present. Again, totally fine…I have no issue with these passive types of disease surveillance if it is legitimately for the good of real public health. But, unfortunately, when Public Health interests intersect with politics, money and power…well, you can easily find yourself living in a society where privacy and personal freedoms are a thing of the past; similar to that not to distant, not so hypothetical future seen in the movie Minority Report.

One Health advocates’ typical argument for such extraordinary surveillance measures is that anything and everything can lead to the “next pandemic” and humans are the most common vectors, so why shouldn’t we be under 24/7 surveillance? (You wouldn’t want to kill Grandma, would you?).

That’s where using CBDCs as part of a vast One Health surveillance strategy comes into the conversation and where international banking and finance intersects with Global Public Health. It’s of such key importance to the stakeholder in the ongoing “public health emergency” conversation that it is routinely on the agenda at the G20 summit alongside discussions about One Health Framework Operationalization. But what do digital currencies have to do with Public Health Emergencies? Its all about surveillance. They want more power and they want you to have less power…even over your own spending and movements.

For example, imagine it’s the near future. Everyone in the world has been forced onto CBDCs. Governor Mini-Mao (Grisham) has mysteriously won her next gubernatorial race and remains the chief executive in New Mexico. She decides to declare another “Public Health Emergency,” again focused on C&C permit holders.

(I should note that this is a VERY specific target, the C&C permit holders…someone throw me some ideas on why this target is so specific…please!)

Even without the declaration of a Public Health Emergency (currently) the Governor already has direct authority over the New Mexico’s Public Health departments AND direct authority over the State’s Treasurer, so she would have real-time intelligence on where you just bought an cup of coffee. As such, she would know you that you are in a public venue and could assume you are carrying your firearm (because you were legally allowed conceal and carry with your state issued permit just yesterday. As crime IS out of control in New Mexico, why wouldn’t you be carrying?)

So how does she know who to round up and where to find them? Simple. She already has a list. It’s those with C&C Permits. She has it because they are issued these permits by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety (“NMDPS”) . Guess who has direct authority over the NMDPS? You guessed it: Governor Grisham.

So, back to our hypothetical…she issues this emergency order in a world with CBDCs and no cash. She needs arrests to sell the effectiveness of her declared order. So how to find those she can arrest….? Oh, she would simply have to cross reference the C&C permit holders with transaction data for New Mexican residents, send her enforcement officers to that great taco place to arrest you (you know, that little food truck…the one that has those killer breakfast burritos that you just purchased for you and the family), Suddenly you are dragged to the clink and subsequently charged with under the crime known as the-new-crime-that-is-not-really-a-crime-but-might-become-a-crime-if-Governor-MLG-wins-the-Supreme-Court-Case-which-she-won’t-but-you-will-still-be-in-jail-eating-Nutraloaf-instead-of-killer-breakfast-burritos-and-avoiding-gang-rape-in-the-luandry-room-while-they-battle-it-out-in-court-crime.

As far as her ability to get access to this type of data…I doubt that would be an issue. As Governor of New Mexico, this former State Department of Health official, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, currently has direct authority over Taxation, Human Services, Consumer Services (via authority over the Attorney General), audit, licensing, insurance, etc. etc. … she pretty much has control over almost every department and government regulatory office in her state…so obviously she would have access to the digital currency data (if not directly than through public health departments who she would instruct to provide the data due to the “emergency”).

In this potential scenario, she could have her public health officials identify and locate (in near real-time) every person on the C&C list who is transacting in public venue or anywhere outside of their home. She could then have that information transmitted to her police force and have them start rounding these “dangerous” people. She could even decide that you are also a terrorist seeking to undermine the Public’s Health due to your defiance of her umpteenth “Emergency Order” because you are carrying of a firearm and this may constitute a terror threat in the eyes of a potential, future federal law that they (hypothetically) might name the “One Health Security Act” (By the time they let you out you might only get to vote for Barron Trump or Nikita Ping…Hunter Biden’s recently discovered, abandoned child from his time in Ukraine and China where he was conducting legitimate business that his dad had nothing to do with….we will be told to assume) .

Imagine that world…a crazy person somehow get’s elected and starts shredding the Constitution and rounding up his or or her political opposition based on drummed up criminal charges that are not even, technically, violations of any actual law. Sound familiar?

(And yes, my example showing how digital currency, when merged with Public Health frameworks, being weaponized against the citizens of a country is just a hypothetical…at least when referring to this country…I think. However, it’s not that far from what could actually be coming our way or may already be in place, waiting to be activated. You should know that two big players in the Digital Currency sector are the World Bank Group [a co-author/sponsor of the latest One Health Framework] and Ant Group [parent company of Ali Pay]. We can discuss World Bank’s roll in Public Health via One Health another time, but I want you to think about Ali Pay. Ali Pay is one of the many tools the CCP currently uses to track and trace it’s citizens though their real-time transaction data. If such a system were to be in our future then the government’s and their public/private partners would have to first deploy and set up that infrastructure. Well….have you been to your local CVS lately? If not, swing by when you get a chance and check out the self-checkout kiosk. There you will find “Ali Pay” is now available alongside Debit and Credit cards as a payment option. I first noticed it in 2021 down near Princeton, New Jersey…)

In my opinion, this is not an exaggeration, especially the more I learn about the ongoing and continual advancement of International Health Initiatives under a One Health approach which, again, is at the core of “Public Health” and “Pandemic Preparedness” plans and treaties. The health officials (and the private interests that fund them) are seeking to expand disease surveillance into other more invasive and intrusive disciplines of intelligence such as "social media surveillance”, and community-level, crowd-sourced sourced "Human Intelligence/HUMINT” (which in One Health circles is referred to as “community surveillance”, but what I refer to it as “snitch networks”). Even CCTV and publicly placed cameras that one sees in airports, banks, and private businesses are being pulled into the One Health surveillance initiative. (So much for that romantic walk in the park…your private moment is now secondary to the Public Health Emergency and preventing the “Next Pandemic”).

This is a chilling reminder that these Marxist-puppets are coming for all of us as they want to destroy the power & individual rights of American People. (And Liberal/Left-Leaning voters…this means you too). Today it's guns. Tomorrow it will be private land ownership &/or the right to cross state lines without "papers”….and God knows what else they have planned...oh, one thing they do have planned is: "15 Minute Cities"(known in China as "Ecological Civilizations"... [which in my well researched opinion are nothing more than eco-friendly "Concentration Camps"]).

But they can't herd you into these dystopian “communes” until they seize your guns (which is the last line of defense against a corrupt and captured government). So in the end this declaration of a “Public Health Emergency” is a prescription for the subversion of our Constitutional Rights and maybe even the the sovereignty of this great country. I doubt Grisham even knows the role she now playing. She’s a puppet…she just can’t see the strings.

We have been under attack for some time, and those attacks are always disguised as “necessary” for our “safety” and to “protect democracy.” Whether is it the forever wars against Terrorism, the promise of “Hope” and the need for “Change”, and most recently fear mongering using scary terms like “the next Pandemic”, “Insurrection”, “Domestic Threats to Democracy”, “The Russians!”, and the Godzilla of them all…. “Climate Crisis!”, all of these thinly veiled attacks have a common goal: stripping the individual of power that is fostered by freedom and independence and shifting that power to ever expanding centralized governments at the State and Federal levels. Gun control is unique as a vector of attack because it’s the one campaign those in power do not even try to disguise. “We want your guns”…period. They don’t give you a reason that makes sense…just hand them over…now!

(Imagine going to war , getting impatient with the enemy because they won’t surrender [because they outnumber you 1000 to 1] , and then haughtily stomping across the battlefield in your cheap suit and fake pearls to demand, without any terms] that the opposition force hand over their weapons? Imagine the reaction when they patiently ask “Why?” and your only response is “because guns are bad and I don’t like people like you!” At best they might scratch their heads in befuddled amusement and then break out in uproarious laughter and escort you back to your eco-friendly bunker. At worst they might detain you so they could have you perform this whacky performance in front of their Commander, on demand every Wednesday night, for the next 30 days.

I doubt they’d do any worse to you because they would probably think you had lost your mind or they figured that you had lost your way to your favorite jewelry store…you know…the one you forced open up for the day so you could do a little shopping despite locking down your state and renewing the lockdown multiple times.)

But it doesn’t seem like they want everyone’s guns, just those who buy them legally and follow the rules. Maybe this is because these are the easiest people to target because they have all of the necessary data to locate them and have a ready made inventory of the guns they own through their Department of Public Safety databases. Maybe it’s because they want drug dealers, human traffickers, and the military aged “migrants” pouring through our border to be able to operate their illicit enterprises with impunity (I imagine a few politicians have enjoyed some campaign donations from donors with questionable revenue streams…like the questionable streams of money that flowed into the shell companies and bank accounts of contested Arizona State Governor Katie Hobbs). Maybe it’s because it gets the most press to make inept governors like Grisham look good. Everyone in the country knows now that the Governor of New Mexico is trying to “reduce gun violence” (most people never read past a headline or do a little due diligence on the journalist, their sources, or the publication). So yes, they want the guns…and more.

Make no mistake, elected officials, mainly on the Left, who flippantly trample on your rights and freedoms (like Governor Grisham and so many like her) are the “domestic enemies” the Founding Fathers warned us about. Make sure you see them for what they are. Then fight them, legally & peacefully. For those out there fighting please keep it up…it’s a slog and war is a marathon…but defeat can only happen if we surrender. That will never happen with me and I know with most of you.

For those who are just now realizing the threats to freedom that are already in our gates but feel like you can’t make a difference, or worse, think you can “sit this one out” I have news for you…you can’t. So get off your asses and act because nobody can sit this one out! These enemies of our State are not relenting and they are coming for everyone…even you. But you can stop it by figuring out where you can contribute the most and then make that a daily part of your life. We are all busy, we are all tired, we all have “day jobs”…but if we don’t hold the line we will no longer have the freedom to be busy, tired, or even a job (at least not a job you get to choose).

“Public Health” useful idiots, pushing for a cessation of many of our rights, including the Second Amendment, are part of something far worse and well coordinated, carried out by unwitting dupes like Grisham on the heals of this horrible tragedy in Albuquerque. So it’s time everyone stands up and mans their figurative and actual battle stations… because the enemies are here…now is the time to stop them.
