Dr. Naomi Wolf of Daily Clout and Brian O’Shea of Centurion Intelligence Partners discussed some of the more alarming findings made by Private Intelligence Consultant Brian O’Shea* which he discovered within the Omnibus Spending (H.R. 2617, ‘‘Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023’’) package which is currently being pushed through Congress. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) will be accepting donations from the private sector, NGOs, and “other groups” independent of the Federal Government for the care of unaccompanied minor children. (SECTION 230, Page 1063):
IT APPEARS USAID IS HELPING TO LAY THE GROUNDWORK FOR A GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEM WHICH EXPANDS THE REACH AND AUTHORITY OF GAVI & HHS.
Expanding the reach of GAVI, USAID, & HHS across the world which would allow for the sharing of our medical records, biodata, and DNA across this network which could include China (as China is categorized by our government as a “developing” country). This is an architecture that could be the groundwork for a Global Health System and associated Global Health Alliance that would bypass any participating countries’ regulatory & legislative bodies. Money allocated to purportedly care for people who have been quarantined appears to be an attempt to funnel more taxpayer dollars towards accommodations and other assistance for illegal immigrants who recently crossed the Southern U.S. borders of Texas, Arizona, and California.
